As part of the underwriting process, we will require the following information: basic contact information, age, personal financial statement data of applicant, bond amount, effective date, court information, is applicant indebted to the estate, name of deceased, age of minor/incompetent, will applicant be operating a going business for the estate, value of estate, financial statement data of estate, heirs and ages, and lawyer name and information. Depending on the bond, additional information may be required. We will request personal credit information from a credit reporting agency.
